The 1164 acts as the base for the Simmons pitcher pumps. It is often referred to as the foundation of the pump. It is made out of a painted cast iron, and comes complete with the base, and two metal hex bolts. The hole in the center of the base has a set of female threads used to connect it to the pitcher pump.
