Simmons Genuine 840 Yard Hydrant Head Complete

This is the complete hydrant head for the Simmons yard hydrant model 800. Like most Simmons hydrant heads, the casting for the head is made completely out of a painted cast iron. It will include the hose thread adaptor, handle, packing nut, pivot connector, and the 3 packing washers installed into the head. The packing washers are located directly below the packing nut. The head will also include the flow lock wheel assembly, which is the round handle located near the top of the hydrant head. This piece is designed to lock the hydrant handle into a certain position to prevent the weight of the handle from shutting the hydrant off.
